2019 Tour of Remodeled Homes
Whole House Remodel with 1,240 sq. ft. Addition
The Tour of Remodeled Homes is a fantastic show and our project is a show stopper! This ranch home has been transformed in every aspect and has received a 1,240 sq. ft. addition that includes 12' tall ceilings. There are so many details to see around every corner. We have some "before" and "after" photos below. Enjoy!
"Before" Front Elevation
Framing in the 1,240 sq. ft. addition on the rear elevation of the home.
Installation of a triple Andersen Window on the rear elevation of this project.
When cold and wet weather threatens a delay in construction, we build a tarp to keep the project moving.
All brick veneer was removed and saved for re-installation.
Saved brick were re-installed with mixed in new brick and black mortar.
Tarp has been removed showing the new "fly bridge" and brick has been reinstalled.
Foyer "fly bridge" ceiling has been raised to 14' tall.
Ceiling materials ready for installation after clear coat. What a setup for maximizing space.
